Northern Print is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee.  The company is ‘not for profit' and has charitable aims.

Northern Print has a board of Directors who voluntarily give their time to the company. It is the Board members who are ultimately responsible for the company and oversee the work of the staff. The Board are drawn from the public, private and voluntary sectors and bring a wealth of experience, specific skills and enthusiasm to the organisation.
